तस्मिन यः संस्थितॊ हय अग्निर नित्यं सथाल्यम इवाहितः आत्मानं तं विजानीहि नित्यं यॊगजितात्मकम ॥ ३-२०३-३० ॥
'Know that the spirit, just like the fire, is ever-present within the body, constantly burning in its vessel. It is to be recognized as the eternal self, one who has mastered yoga and is established in the nature of self-control.' ॥ 3-203-30 ॥
