अर्था दुःखं परित्यक्तुं पालिताश चापि ते ऽसुखाः दुःखेन चाधिगम्यन्ते तेषां नाशं न चिन्तयेत ॥ ३-२-४३ ॥

'The abandonment of wealth brings its sorrows, and those who benefit from one's wealth may become enemies due to it.' ॥ 3-2-43 ॥

english translation

arthA duHkhaM parityaktuM pAlitAza cApi te 'sukhAH duHkhena cAdhigamyante teSAM nAzaM na cintayeta ॥ 3-2-43 ॥
