परभवः सर्वभूतानां शाश्वतः पुरुषॊ ऽवययः सुष्वाप भगवान विष्णुर अप शय्याम एक एव ह नागस्य भॊगे महति शेषस्यामित तेजसः ।। ३-१९४-९ ।।

sanskrit

'He who is the Source and Creator of the Universe, the Eternal and imperishable Vishnu, who is revered by the Munis crowned with ascetic success as the Supreme Lord of the Universe, that Being of great holiness, then lay in Yogic sleep on the expansive hood of the serpent Shesha, endowed with immeasurable energy.' ।। 3-194-9 ।।

english translation

parabhavaH sarvabhUtAnAM zAzvataH puruSò 'vayayaH suSvApa bhagavAna viSNura apa zayyAma eka eva ha nAgasya bhòge mahati zeSasyAmita tejasaH || 3-194-9 ||
