[वाम] संस्पृशैनां महिषीं सायकेन; ततस तस्माद एनसॊ मॊक्ष्यसे तवम ॥ ३-१९०-७८ ॥

'Then Vamadeva said, "By touching thy queen with this arrow, thou mayst cleanse thyself of the sin of attempting to take the life of a Brahmana."' ॥ 3-190-78 ॥
