तम अब्रवीद ऋषिः ददानि ते वाम्य कृतकार्येण भवता ममैव निर्यात्यौ कषिप्रम इति ।। ३-१९०-५१ ।।

'The sage then replied: 'I give you my pair of Vami horses. However, once you have accomplished your task, you must return swiftly with the pair.'' ।। 3-190-51 ।।

english translation

'The king, having taken the steeds and obtained the sage's permission, yoked the Vami pair to his chariot and pursued the deer. After leaving the hermitage, he spoke to his charioteer: 'These steed-jewels do not deserve to be in the possession of the Brahmanas. They should not be returned to Vamadeva.'' ।। 3-190-52 ।।

sa ca tAva azvau paratigRhyAnujJApya carSiM parAyAda vAmya saMyuktena rathena mRgaM parati gacchaMza cAbravIta sUtama azvaratnAva imAva ayògyau barAhmaNAnAma naitau paratideyau vAmadevAyeti || 3-190-52 ||
