अहं तरिवर्त्मा सर्वात्मा सर्वलॊकसुखावहः अभिभूः सर्वगॊ ऽनन्तॊ हृषीकेश उरु करमः ।। ३-१८७-३३ ।।

sanskrit

'With three strides, I cover the entire Universe; I am the Soul of all that exists; I am the source of all happiness; I humble all pride; I am omnipresent and infinite; I am the Lord of the senses; my power is boundless.' ।। 3-187-33 ।।

english translation

ahaM tarivartmA sarvAtmA sarvalòkasukhAvahaH abhibhUH sarvagò 'nantò hRSIkeza uru karamaH || 3-187-33 ||
