पुरुषादानि सत्त्वानि पक्षिणॊ ऽथ मृगास तथा नगराणां विहारेषु चैत्येष्व अपि च शेरते ॥ ३-१८६-५१ ॥
'And, O king, during such times, beasts of prey, along with other animals and birds, may be seen lying down in places of public amusement and in sacred temples.' ॥ 3-186-51 ॥
english translation
सप्त वर्षाष्ट वर्षाश च सत्रियॊ गर्भधरा नृप दश दवादश वर्षाणां पुंसां पुत्रः परजायते ॥ ३-१८६-५२ ॥
'And, O King, girls conceive at the age of seven or eight, while boys of ten or twelve years become capable of begetting offspring.' ॥ 3-186-52 ॥
english translation
भवन्ति षॊडशे वर्षे नराः पलितिनस तथा आयुः कषयॊ मनुष्याणां कषिप्रम एव परपद्यते ॥ ३-१८६-५३ ॥
'By their sixteenth year, men are overtaken by frailty and decay, and the span of life itself is swiftly surpassed.' ॥ 3-186-53 ॥
english translation
कषीणे युगे महाराज तरुणा वृद्धशीलिनः तरुणानां च यच छीलं तद वृद्धेषु परजायते ॥ ३-१८६-५४ ॥
'And, O King, when the lifespan of men becomes so short, more youths exhibit the characteristics of the aged; and all the traits seen in youth are observed in the old.' ॥ 3-186-54 ॥

विपरीतास तदा नार्यॊ वञ्चयित्वा रहॊ पतीन वयुच्चरन्त्य अपि दुःशीला दासैः पशुभिर एव च ॥ ३-१८६-५५ ॥
'Women who indulge in improper conduct, marked by wicked manners, deceive even the most virtuous of husbands. They lose their sense of self and engage in shameful associations with servants, slaves, and even with animals.' ॥ 3-186-55 ॥
