विनयेनाञ्जलिं कृत्वा परयत्नेनॊपगम्य च दृष्टॊ मया स भूतात्मा देवः कमललॊचनः ॥ ३-१८६-१२१ ॥

'With humility, I joined my palms in reverence, and with great effort, I approached Him. I then saw that Being, the soul of all creatures, the deity with lotus-like eyes.' ॥ 3-186-121 ॥

vinayenAJjaliM kRtvA parayatnenòpagamya ca dRSTò mayA sa bhUtAtmA devaH kamalalòcanaH ॥ 3-186-121 ॥

तम अहं पराञ्जलिर भूत्वा नमस्कृत्येदम अब्रुवम जञातुम इच्छामि देव तवां मायां चेमां तवॊत्तमाम ॥ ३-१८६-१२२ ॥

'After bowing to Him with joined hands, I spoke to Him, saying, "I wish to know you, O Divine Being, and also this extraordinary and marvelous illusion of yours!"' ॥ 3-186-122 ॥

tama ahaM parAJjalira bhUtvA namaskRtyedama abruvama jaJAtuma icchAmi deva tavAM mAyAM cemAM tavòttamAma ॥ 3-186-122 ॥

'O illustrious one, having entered your body through your mouth, I have seen the entire universe within your stomach!' ॥ 3-186-123 ॥

तव देव शरीरस्था देवदानवराक्षसाः यक्षगन्धर्वनागाश च जगत सथावरजङ्गमम ॥ ३-१८६-१२४ ॥

'O Divine Being, within your body dwell the gods, the Danavas, the Rakshasas, the Yakshas, the Gandharvas, the Nagas, and indeed, the entire universe, both mobile and immobile!' ॥ 3-186-124 ॥

tava deva zarIrasthA devadAnavarAkSasAH yakSagandharvanAgAza ca jagata sathAvarajaGgamama ॥ 3-186-124 ॥

तवत्प्रसादाच च मे देव समृतिर न परिहीयते दरुतम अन्तः शरीरे ते सततं परिधावतः ॥ ३-१८६-१२५ ॥

'Although I have ceaselessly wandered through your body at a swift pace, through your grace, O God, my memory has not failed me. And, O great Lord, I have emerged from your body at your will, not my own!' ॥ 3-186-125 ॥
