ततः परायाम अहं तेन सयन्दनेन विराजता येनाजयद देवपतिर बलिं वैरॊचनिं पुरा ॥ ३-१६५-१५ ॥

sanskrit

'Then, I set out, ascending that splendid chariot, on which in ancient times, the lord of the celestials, Indra, had vanquished Vali, the son of Virochana.' ॥ 3-165-15 ॥

english translation

tataH parAyAma ahaM tena sayandanena virAjatA yenAjayada devapatira baliM vairòcaniM purA ॥ 3-165-15 ॥
