कषत्रं याति तथा सवर्गं भुवि निग्रहपालनैः सम्यक परनीय दण्डं हि कामद्वेषविवर्जिताः अलुब्धा विगतक्रॊधाः सतां यान्ति सलॊकताम ॥ ३-१४९-५२ ॥
'The Kshatriyas, by protecting and disciplining their subjects, free from lust, malice, greed, and anger, reach the celestial regions. When kings administer justice and punish justly, they ascend to the realms where virtuous souls reside.' ॥ 3-149-52 ॥
