कथं नु भीष्मश च कृपश च विप्रॊ; दरॊणश च राजा च कुलस्य वृद्धः परव्राज्य पार्थान सुखम आप्नुवन्ति; धिक पापबुद्धीन भरत परधानान ॥ ३-११९-९ ॥
'Yet, how is it that Bhishma, Kripa, the Brahmana Drona, and the elder king, the senior in their lineage, live contentedly even after banishing the sons of Pritha? Fie upon the vicious-minded leaders of the Bharata race!' ॥ 3-119-9 ॥
