तरिवर्गमुख्यस्य समीरणस्य; देवेश्वरस्याप्य अथ वाश्विनॊश च एषां सुराणां तनयाः कथं नु; वनेचरन्त्य अल्पसुखाः सुखार्हाः ।। ३-११९-२१ ।।

sanskrit

'Similarly, the son of the god of virtue—the virtue that presides over all pursuits of life—the son of the wind-god, and the son of the lord of the celestials, along with the two sons of the celestial physicians—all these divine offspring, raised in the lap of comfort and abundance, how are they now surviving in this forest, stripped of all their former comforts?' ।। 3-119-21 ।।

english translation

tarivargamukhyasya samIraNasya; devezvarasyApya atha vAzvinòza ca eSAM surANAM tanayAH kathaM nu; vanecarantya alpasukhAH sukhArhAH || 3-119-21 ||

जिते हि धर्मस्य सुते सभार्ये; स भरातृके सानुचरे निरस्ते दुर्यॊधने चापि विवर्धमाने; कथं न सीदत्य अवनिः स शैला ।। ३-११९-२२ ।।

'When the son of Virtue faced defeat and was exiled along with his wife, brothers, and loyal followers, while Duryodhana began to thrive, why did the earth not tremble and sink along with its mountains?' ।। 3-119-22 ।।

jite hi dharmasya sute sabhArye; sa bharAtRke sAnucare niraste duryòdhane cApi vivardhamAne; kathaM na sIdatya avaniH sa zailA || 3-119-22 ||
