गच्छामि तस्यान्तिकम एव तात; का नाम सा वरतचर्या च तस्य इच्छाम्य अहं चरितुं तेन सार्धं; यथा तपः स चरत्य उग्रकर्मा ॥ ३-११२-१८ ॥
'I shall go to him right away, dear father, What indeed is this vow/practice of his? I wish to practice (austerities) together with him, As that mighty-in-deeds one performs his penance.' ॥ 3-112-18 ॥
