तेऽभिगम्य महात्मानं हृषीकेशमरिंदमम् । पूजां चक्रुर्यथान्यायमाशीर्मङ्गलसंयुताम्॥५-८२-२६॥
Approaching the great-souled Hṛṣīkeśa, the subduer of foes, they offered worship in due form, accompanied by blessings and auspicious benedictions.
english translation
ते पूजयित्वा दाशार्हं सर्वलोकेषु पूजितम् । न्यवेदयन्त वेश्मानि रत्नवन्ति महात्मने॥५-८२-२७॥
Having honoured the Dāśārha, revered throughout all the worlds, they presented to the great-souled one residences furnished with jewels and precious wealth.
english translation
तान्प्रभुः कृतमित्युक्त्वा सत्कृत्य च यथार्हतः । अभ्येत्य तेषां वेश्मानि पुनरायात्सहैव तैः॥५-८२-२८॥
The Lord, saying, “It is done,” and honouring them as was fitting, went to their residences and then returned together with them.
english translation
सुमृष्टं भोजयित्वा च ब्राह्मणांस्तत्र केशवः । भुक्त्वा च सह तैः सर्वैरवसत्तां क्षपां सुखम्॥५-८२-२९॥
There Keśava fed the brāhmaṇas with well-prepared fare; and having eaten together with them all, he spent that night in comfort.
