यौहितौभ्रातरौतदावीरौबद्धौदत्तवरैश्शरैः । यन्नशक्यंसुरैस्सर्वैरसुरैर्वामहाबलैः ॥ ६-७१-६
- bound both Rama and Lakshmana, the brothers with terrific arrows, on which boons had been conferred. Which was not possible for the Gods and Asuras combined, despite their power - ॥ 6-71-6॥

- Rama and Lakshmana, the two brothers were released from that tie of arrows. All those heroes who have gone by my order for combat - ॥ 6-71-8॥

hk transliteration by Sanscriptशासयेत्सबलंवीरंससुग्रीवविभीषणम् । अहोसुबलवान् रामोमहदस्त्रबलं च वै ॥ ६-७१-१०
- or the powerful Sugriva, Vibheeshana and their forces to put an end to them. Rama's valour is great the strength of his missiles is great - ॥ 6-71-10॥
