अन्योन्यैराहता स्सक्ता स्सस्वनुर्भीमनिस्स्वनाः । ऊर्मयस्सिन्धुराजस्य महाभेर्य इवाहवे ॥ ६-४-१२१
The waves of the ocean striking each other making frightening sounds like the blowing of war horns seemed as if challenging each other. ॥ 6-4-121॥

hk transliteration by Sanscriptरत्नौघ जलसन्नादं विषक्तमिव वायुना । उत्पतन्तमिव क्रुद्धं यादोगणसमाकुलम् ॥ ६-४-१२२
The sea inhabited by animals, filled with gems and water concentrated in one place rising to the sky, as though infuriated - ॥ 6-4-122॥

ratnaugha jalasannAdaM viSaktamiva vAyunA । utpatantamiva kruddhaM yAdogaNasamAkulam ॥ 6-4-122
hk transliteration by Sanscriptददृशुस्ते महोत्साह वाताहतजलाशयम् । अनिलोद्धूतमाकाशे प्रवल्गन्त ममिवोर्मिभिः ॥ ६-४-१२३
- was seen by the enthusiastic vanaras. The rising of the waves (the noise) of the ocean by the cause of wind seemed as if they were talking about. ॥ 6-4-123॥

dadRzuste mahotsAha vAtAhatajalAzayam । aniloddhUtamAkAze pravalganta mamivormibhiH ॥ 6-4-123
hk transliteration by Sanscriptततो विस्मयमापन्ना हरयो ददृशुर्हरयस्तदा । भ्रान्तोर्मिजालसन्नादं प्रलोलमिव सागरम् ॥ ६-४-१२४
The vanaras were wonder struck when they saw the ocean that was noisy with rolling waves as if it was highly agitated and distressed. ॥ 6-4-124॥
