उद्योजयिष्यन्नुद्योगंदध्रेकामंवधेमनः । जिघांसुरिवलोकान्तेसर्वान्लोकान्विभावसुः ॥ ६-१२९-४८
"Excited as he was to put forth a war-effort, he set his mind on the destruction of Lanka, as the fire-god intending to destroy all the three worlds, would, at the end of the universe." ॥ 6-129-48॥
