तदथस्तिमृदितंघोरंसिंहव्याघ्रमृगाकुलम् । प्रविवेशाथविजनं स महद्दण्डकावनम् ॥ ६-१२९-११

"Then he entered into dreadful Dandaka forest that was devoid of people which was crowded with lions, tigers, and deer, and trampled by the elephants." ॥ 6-121-11॥
