स चेद यथॊचितं वृत्तिं न दद्यान मनुजेश्वरः अस्मत्प्रियहितार्थाय पाञ्चाल्यॊ वः परदास्यति ॥ ३-९०-२१ ॥
'If, however, that king refuses to grant them proper allowances, the king of the Panchalas will provide for them, ensuring their welfare and satisfaction.' ॥ 3-90-21 ॥
english translation
sa ceda yathòcitaM vRttiM na dadyAna manujezvaraH asmatpriyahitArthAya pAJcAlyò vaH paradAsyati ॥ 3-90-21 ॥

'Vaisampayana continued, "Overwhelmed by sorrow, the citizens, along with the principal Brahmanas and ascetics, journeyed to Hastinapura."' ॥ 3-90-22 ॥

'Out of affection for Yudhishthira the just, the royal son of Amvika welcomed them warmly and provided them with appropriate allowances.' ॥ 3-90-23 ॥

tAna sarvAna dharmarAjasya paremNA rAjAmbikA sutaH paratijagrAha vidhivada dhanaiza ca samatarpayata ॥ 3-90-23 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptततः कुन्तीसुतॊ राजा लघुभिर बराह्मणैः सह लॊमशेन च सुप्रीतस तरिरात्रं काम्यके ऽवसत ॥ ३-९०-२४ ॥
'And the royal son of Kunti, accompanied by a small group of Brahmanas, resided for three nights in the Kamyaka forest, heartened by Lomasa.' ॥ 3-90-24 ॥
