अतश चाष्ट गुणं पार्थ पराप्स्यसे धर्मम उत्तमम नेता च तवम ऋषीन यस्मात तेन ते ऽषट गुणं फलम ।। ३-८३-९९ ।।

sanskrit

'The person who roams the earth in accordance with these injunctions attains the highest reward of a hundred horse-sacrifices and secures salvation in the afterlife. You, O son of Pritha, will acquire merit comprising the eight attributes.' ।। 3-83-99 ।।

english translation

ataza cASTa guNaM pArtha parApsyase dharmama uttamama netA ca tavama RSIna yasmAta tena te 'SaTa guNaM phalama || 3-83-99 ||
