ततॊ वैतरणीं गत्वा नदीं पापप्रमॊचनीम विरजं तीर्थम आसाद्य विराजति यथा शशी ॥ ३-८३-६ ॥
'One should then proceed to the Vaitarani, which has the power to eradicate all sins. Upon reaching the sacred site known as Viraja, one shines like the moon.' ॥ 3-83-6 ॥
