तुङ्गकारण्यम आसाद्य बरह्म चारी जितेन्द्रियः वेदान अध्यापयत तत्र ऋषिः सारस्वतः पुरा ॥ ३-८३-४३ ॥
'Next, one should proceed to the forest of Tungaka, maintaining subdued senses and following a Brahmacharya lifestyle. It was in this place that the sage Sarasvata, in ancient times.' ॥ 3-83-43 ॥
