यत्र सनात्वा कृतार्थॊ ऽसमीत्य आत्मानम अवगच्छति षष्ठ कालॊपवासेन मुच्यते बरह्महत्यया ॥ ३-८२-१३० ॥
'By bathing there, one considers oneself to have fulfilled all desires. Fasting in that tirtha for three days, one is cleansed even from the sin of killing a Brahmana.' ॥ 3-82-130 ॥
