शयामाक भॊजनं तत्र यः परयच्छति मानवः देवान पितॄंश च उद्दिश्य तस्य धर्मफलं महत एकस्मिन भॊजिते विप्रे कॊटिर भवति भॊजिता ॥ ३-८१-५६ ॥
'A man who offers Śyāmāka grain there in honor of the gods and the Pitris attains great religious merit. Feeding one Brahmana in that place is equivalent to feeding ten million Brahmanas.' ॥ 3-81-56 ॥
english translation
तत्र सनात्वार्चयित्वा च दैवतानि पितॄंस तथा उषित्वा रजनीम एकाम अग्निष्टॊम फलं लभेत ॥ ३-८१-५७ ॥
'After bathing in that tirtha, worshiping the gods and the Pitris, and spending one night there, a man attains the merit of an Agnishtoma sacrifice' ॥ 3-81-57 ॥
english translation
ततॊ गच्छेत राजेन्द्र बरह्मणः सथानम उत्तमम बरह्मॊदुम्बरम इत्य एव परकाशं भुवि भारत ॥ ३-८१-५८ ॥
'One should then proceed, O king, to that exalted realm of Brahma, which is known on earth as Brahmodumbara, O Bharata.' ॥ 3-81-58 ॥
english translation
तत्र सप्तर्षिकुण्डेषु सनातस्य कुरुपुंगव केदारे चैव राजेन्द्र कपिष्ठल महात्मनाः ॥ ३-८१-५९ ॥
'Bathing in the tank of the seven Rishis present there, O bull among men, with a pure mind and subdued soul, as well as in the tirtha known as Kedara of the high-souled Kapila.' ॥ 3-81-59 ॥
english translation
बरह्माणम अभिगम्याथ शुचिः परयत मानसः सर्वपापविशुद्धात्मा बरह्मलॊकं परपद्यते ॥ ३-८१-६० ॥
'Witnessing Brahma who resides there, one’s soul is purified of all sins, allowing one to attain the abode of Brahma.' ॥ 3-81-60 ॥
