शवानलॊमापनयने तीर्थे भरतसत्तम पराणायामैर निर्हरन्ति शवलॊमानि दविजॊत्तमाः ॥ ३-८१-५१ ॥
'O best of the Bharatas, the learned twice-born, who practice pranayama at the tirtha known as Shwavillomapaha, can release their vital energies and cast off their impurities.' ॥ 3-81-51 ॥
english translation
पूतात्मानश च राजेन्द्र परयान्ति परमां गतिम दशाश्वमेधिकं चैव तस्मिंस तीर्थे महीपते तत्र सनात्वा नरव्याघ्र गच्छेत परमां गतिम ॥ ३-८१-५२ ॥
'There, O king, in that holy place, there is another tirtha known as Dashashvamedhika. Bathing there, O tiger among men, one attains a lofty state.' ॥ 3-81-52 ॥
english translation
ततॊ गच्छेत राजेन्द्र मानुषं लॊकविश्रुतम यत्र कृष्णमृगा राजन वयाधेन परिपीडिताः अवगाह्य तस्मिन सरसि मानुषत्वम उपागताः ॥ ३-८१-५३ ॥
'One should next proceed, O king, to the renowned tirtha called Manusha, where, O ruler, black antelopes, wounded by the hunter’s arrows, plunged into its waters and were transformed into human beings.' ॥ 3-81-53 ॥
english translation
तस्मिंस तीर्थे नरः सनात्वा बरह्म चारी जितेन्द्रियः सर्वपापविशुद्धात्मा सवर्गलॊके महीयते ॥ ३-८१-५४ ॥
'Bathing in that tirtha, living a life of Brahmacharya with focused mind, a man is freed from all sins and is honored in heaven.' ॥ 3-81-54 ॥

मानुषस्य तु पूर्वेण करॊशमात्रे महीपते आपगा नाम विख्याता नदी सिद्धनिषेविता ॥ ३-८१-५५ ॥
'One krosha to the east of Manusha, O king, flows the celebrated river Apaga, frequented by the Siddhas.' ॥ 3-81-55 ॥
