बराह्मणः कषत्रियॊ वैश्यः शूद्रॊ वा राजसत्तम न वियॊनिं वरजन्त्य एते सनातास तीर्थे महात्मनः ॥ ३-८०-५१ ॥
'Those illustrious individuals among the Brahmanas, Kshatriyas, Vaishyas, or Shudras who bathe in Pushkara are liberated from the cycle of rebirth.' ॥ 3-80-51 ॥
