अथ ते गणिते राजन विद्यते न परॊक्षता परत्यक्षं ते महाराज गणयिष्ये बिभीतकम ।। ३-७०-१२ ।।

sanskrit

'However, O monarch, I shall ascertain the truth through direct observation by cutting down the Vibhitaka. Once I count the leaves and fruits, it will no longer be a matter of conjecture. Therefore, in your presence, O king, I will fell this Vibhitaka.' ।। 3-70-12 ।।

english translation

atha te gaNite rAjana vidyate na paròkSatA paratyakSaM te mahArAja gaNayiSye bibhItakama || 3-70-12 ||
