किं नु मे सयाद इदं कृत्वा किं नु मे सयाद अकुर्वतः किं नु मे मरणं शरेयः परित्यागॊ जनस्य वा ॥ ३-५९-१० ॥

'What will be the result of doing this? What will be the result of not doing it? What is better for me - death, or the abandonment by the people?' ॥ 3-59-10 ॥
