शस्त्रेण निधनं काले ये गच्छन्त्य अपराङ्मुखाः अयं लॊकॊ ऽकषयस तेषां यथैव मम कामधुक ।। ३-५१-१६ ।।

sanskrit

'The righteous rulers of the earth, who fight with no desire for life and face death in battle without fleeing the field, attain this eternal realm, which fulfills all desires, just as it does for me.' ।। 3-51-16 ।।

english translation

zastreNa nidhanaM kAle ye gacchantya aparAGmukhAH ayaM lòkò 'kaSayasa teSAM yathaiva mama kAmadhuka || 3-51-16 ||
