अवश्यं राजपिण्डस तैर निर्वेश्य इति मे मतिः तस्मात तयक्ष्यन्ति संग्रामे पराणान अपि सुदुस्त्यजान ।। ३-३७-१४ ।।

sanskrit

'This is my firm conclusion: to repay the royal favors they have received, they will sacrifice their very lives in battle, which is the most precious thing to them.' ।। 3-37-14 ।।

english translation

avazyaM rAjapiNDasa taira nirvezya iti me matiH tasmAta tayakSyanti saMgrAme parANAna api sudustyajAna || 3-37-14 ||
