तेजस्वीति यम आहुर वै पण्डिता दीर्घदर्शिनः न करॊधॊ ऽभयन्तरस तस्य भवतीति विनिश्चितम ।। ३-३०-१६ ।।

sanskrit

'Those whom the learned and discerning regard as truly strong of character are those who may outwardly show anger but remain inwardly composed. It is such a person, who, through wisdom, can control his rising wrath, who is truly considered to possess genuine strength of character.' ।। 3-30-16 ।।

english translation

tejasvIti yama Ahura vai paNDitA dIrghadarzinaH na karòdhò 'bhayantarasa tasya bhavatIti vinizcitama || 3-30-16 ||
