सत्यं चानृततः शरेयॊ नृशंसाच चानृशंसता तम एवं बहुदॊषं तु करॊधं साधु विवर्जितम मादृशः परसृजेत कस्मात सुयॊधन वधाद अपि ॥ ३-३०-१५ ॥
'Truth is more beneficial than falsehood, and gentleness is superior to cruelty. How then can someone like me, even to slay Duryodhana, embrace anger—a trait with so many faults, which the virtuous reject from their hearts?' ॥ 3-30-15 ॥
