कुण्डलार्थे बरुवंस तात कारणैर बहुभिस तवया अन्यैर बहुविधैर वित्तैः स निवार्यः पुनः पुनः ॥ ३-२८४-१६ ॥
'This is truly for your greatest good. When Purandara asks for your earrings, you should refuse him again and again with sound reasons. Instead, offer him other riches.' ॥ 3-284-16 ॥
