शरुत्वा शब्दं तु यत किं चिद उन्मुखौ सुत शङ्कया सावित्री सहितॊ ऽभयेति सत्यवान इत्य अधावताम ॥ ३-२८२-४ ॥
'And whenever they heard a sound, they would lift their heads anxiously, hoping it was their son, and say, ‘Ah, there comes Satyavan with Savitri!’' ॥ 3-282-4 ॥
