[माण्डव्य] यथा वदन्ति शान्तायां दिशि वै मृगपक्षिणः पार्थिवी च परवृत्तिस ते तथा जीवति सत्यवान ।। ३-२८२-१८ ।।

sanskrit

'And Mandavya said, "From the stillness pervading all directions, the calm cries of birds and wild animals, and the fact that thy sight has been restored—signifying thy renewed purpose upon the earth—there can be no doubt that Satyavan lives."' ।। 3-282-18 ।।

english translation

[mANDavya] yathA vadanti zAntAyAM dizi vai mRgapakSiNaH pArthivI ca paravRttisa te tathA jIvati satyavAna || 3-282-18 ||
