तथेति रामस तद वारि परतिगृह्याथ सत्कृतम चकार नेत्रयॊः शौचं लक्ष्मणश च महामनाः ॥ ३-२७३-१२ ॥
'Saying, 'So be it,' Rama accepted the sacred water and purified his eyes with it. The noble-minded Lakshmana did the same.' ॥ 3-273-12 ॥
