परव्रज्यायां हि मे हेतुः स एव पुरुषर्षभ विनाशमुखम एतत ते केनाख्यातं दुरात्मना ॥ ३-२६२-७ ॥

sanskrit

'That great man is the very reason I have taken to this ascetic life. Who is the wicked one that has urged you onto this path, which leads only to your ruin and destruction?' ॥ 3-262-7 ॥

english translation

paravrajyAyAM hi me hetuH sa eva puruSarSabha vinAzamukhama etata te kenAkhyAtaM durAtmanA ॥ 3-262-7 ॥
