[धौम्य] नेयं शक्या तवया नेतुम अविजित्य महारथान धर्मं कषत्रस्य पौराणम अवेक्षस्व जयद्रथ ॥ ३-२५२-२५ ॥
'Dhaumya then addressed Jayadratha and said, 'O Jayadratha, heed the ancient custom of the Kshatriyas. You cannot carry her off without first vanquishing those great warriors.'' ॥ 3-252-25 ॥
