पाद्यं परतिगृहाणेदम आसनं च नृपात्मज मृगान पञ्चाशतं चैव परातर आशं ददानि ते ॥ ३-२५१-११ ॥

'O prince, accept this water for washing thy feet and be seated. I offer thee fifty animals for thy retinue's morning meal.' ॥ 3-251-11 ॥

english translation

ऐणेयान पृषतान नयङ्कून हरिणाञ शरभाञ शशान ऋश्यान रुरूञ शम्बरांश च गवयांश च मृगान बहून ॥ ३-२५१-१२ ॥

'Moreover, Yudhishthira himself, the son of Kunti, will present to thee porcine deer, Nanku deer, does, antelopes, sarabhas, rabbits, ruru deer, bears, samvara deer, gayals, and many other creatures.' ॥ 3-251-12 ॥

english translation

वराहान महिषांश चैव याश चान्या मृगजातयः परदास्यति सवयं तुभ्यं कुन्तीपुत्रॊ युधिष्ठिरः ॥ ३-२५१-१३ ॥

'Kunti’s son, Yudhishthira, will personally offer thee wild boars, buffaloes, and many other kinds of forest-dwelling creatures.' ॥ 3-251-13 ॥

english translation

[जयद] कुशलं परातर आशस्य सर्वा मे ऽपचितिः कृता एहि मे रथम आरॊह सुखम आप्नुहि केवलम ॥ ३-२५१-१४ ॥

'Hearing this, Jayadratha replied, 'All is well with me. By offering to provide our breakfast, you have, in a way, already done so. Now, come and ascend my chariot, and embrace the happiness that awaits you.'' ॥ 3-251-14 ॥

english translation

गतश्रीकांश चयुतान राज्यात कृपणान गतचेतसः अरण्यवासिनः पार्थान नानुरॊद्धुं तवम अर्हसि ॥ ३-२५१-१५ ॥

'It does not befit you to remain devoted to the wretched sons of Pritha, who now live in the forest, their power broken, their kingdom lost, and their fortunes utterly ruined.' ॥ 3-251-15 ॥
