एवं तत्राब्रुवन के चिद वातिकास तं नरेश्वरम सुहृदस तव अब्रुवंस तत्र अति सर्वान अयं करतुः ॥ ३-२४३-४ ॥
'Thus spoke some of the reckless ones to the king, disregarding the consequences. However, his friends asserted, "O king, this sacrifice of yours surpasses all others."' ॥ 3-243-4 ॥
