अहं तु परेषितॊ राजन कौरवेण महात्मना आमन्त्रयति वॊ राजा धार्तराष्ट्रॊ जनेश्वरः मनॊ ऽभिलषितं राज्ञस तं करतुं दरष्टुम अर्हथ ॥ ३-२४२-१० ॥
'That ruler of men, Dhritarashtra’s son, extends his invitation to you. Therefore, it befits you to witness the splendid sacrifice of that illustrious monarch.' ॥ 3-242-10 ॥
