तस्य ते ऽहं कषमं मन्ये पाण्डवैस तैर महात्मभिः संधिं संधिविदां शरेष्ठ कुलस्यास्य विवृद्धये ।। ३-२४१-९ ।।

sanskrit

'Therefore, for the welfare of this race, I believe that making peace with the high-souled Pāṇḍavas is the wisest course.' ।। 3-241-9 ।।

english translation

tasya te 'haM kaSamaM manye pANDavaisa taira mahAtmabhiH saMdhiM saMdhividAM zareSTha kulasyAsya vivRddhaye || 3-241-9 ||
