अनुज्ञातास तु गन्धर्वाः पाण्डुपुत्रेण धीमता सहाप्सरॊभिः संहृष्टाश चित्रसेन मुखा ययुः ।। ३-२३५-१६ ।।

sanskrit

'Thus addressed by the wise son of Pandu, the Gandharvas were well-pleased and departed with the Apsaras.' ।। 3-235-16 ।।

english translation

anujJAtAsa tu gandharvAH pANDuputreNa dhImatA sahApsaròbhiH saMhRSTAza citrasena mukhA yayuH || 3-235-16 ||

देवराड अपि गन्धर्वान मृतांस तान समजीवयत दिव्येनामृत वर्षेण ये हताः कौरवैर युधि ।। ३-२३५-१७ ।।

'The lord of the celestials then arrived at the spot and revived those Gandharvas who had been slain in the encounter with the Kurus by sprinkling them with celestial Amrita.' ।। 3-235-17 ।।

devarADa api gandharvAna mRtAMsa tAna samajIvayata divyenAmRta varSeNa ye hatAH kauravaira yudhi || 3-235-17 ||

'And the Pandavas, having liberated their relatives along with the ladies of the royal household, and having accomplished that difficult feat (the defeat of the Gandharva host), became well-pleased.' ।। 3-235-18 ।।

jaJAtIMsa tAna avamucyAtha rAjadArAMza ca sarvazaH kRtvA ca duSkaraM karma parItiyuktAza ca pANDavAH || 3-235-18 ||
