अनुज्ञातास तु गन्धर्वाः पाण्डुपुत्रेण धीमता सहाप्सरॊभिः संहृष्टाश चित्रसेन मुखा ययुः ॥ ३-२३५-१६ ॥

'Thus addressed by the wise son of Pandu, the Gandharvas were well-pleased and departed with the Apsaras.' ॥ 3-235-16 ॥

anujJAtAsa tu gandharvAH pANDuputreNa dhImatA sahApsaròbhiH saMhRSTAza citrasena mukhA yayuH ॥ 3-235-16 ॥

'The lord of the celestials then arrived at the spot and revived those Gandharvas who had been slain in the encounter with the Kurus by sprinkling them with celestial Amrita.' ॥ 3-235-17 ॥
