छद्मना निर्जितास ते हि कर्शिताश च महावने तपॊनित्याश च राधेय समर्थाश च महारथाः ॥ ३-२२८-८ ॥

sanskrit

'Defeated through deceit, they now endure great suffering in the depths of the forest. O Radheya, these mighty warriors, naturally capable, are now immersed in the practice of ascetic austerities.' ॥ 3-228-8 ॥

english translation

chadmanA nirjitAsa te hi karzitAza ca mahAvane tapònityAza ca rAdheya samarthAza ca mahArathAH ॥ 3-228-8 ॥
