न तथा पराप्नुयां परीतिम अवाप्य वसुधाम अपि दृष्ट्वा यथा पाण्डुसुतान वल्लकाजिन वाससः ।। ३-२२७-९ ।।

sanskrit

'The joy that I may feel in obtaining the sovereignty of the entire earth is nothing compared to that which will be mine upon beholding the sons of Pandu attired in barks of trees and deer-skins.' ।। 3-227-9 ।।

english translation

na tathA parApnuyAM parItima avApya vasudhAma api dRSTvA yathA pANDusutAna vallakAjina vAsasaH || 3-227-9 ||
