सूर्यवैश्वानर निभान सॊमकल्पान महारथान सेवे चक्षुर्हणः पार्थान उग्रतेजः परतापिनः ॥ ३-२२२-२१ ॥
'I serve the sons of Kunti—those mighty warriors, blazing like the sun or fire, and as handsome as the moon. They are endowed with fierce energy and prowess, capable of slaying their foes with just a glance.' ॥ 3-222-21 ॥
english translation
देवॊ मनुष्यॊ गन्धर्वॊ युवा चापि सवलंकृतः दरव्यवान अभिरूपॊ वा न मे ऽनयः पुरुषॊ मतः ॥ ३-२२२-२२ ॥
'Celestial, human, or Gandharva, young or adorned with ornaments, wealthy or comely in appearance—none else does my heart desire.' ॥ 3-222-22 ॥
english translation
नाभुक्तवति नास्नाते नासंविष्टे च भर्तरि न संविशामि नाश्नामि सदा कर्म करेष्व अपि ॥ ३-२२२-२३ ॥
'I never bathe, eat, or sleep until my husband has bathed, eaten, or slept—until, in fact, our attendants have bathed, eaten, or slept.' ॥ 3-222-23 ॥

कषेत्राद वनाद वा गरामाद वा भर्तारं गृहम आगतम परत्युत्थायाभिनन्दामि आसनेनॊदकेन च ॥ ३-२२२-२४ ॥
'Whether returning from the field, the forest, or the town, I always hastily rise and salute my husband, offering him water and a seat.' ॥ 3-222-24 ॥

परमृष्ट भाण्डा मृष्टान्ना काले भॊजनदायिनी संयता गुप्तधान्या च सुसंमृष्ट निवेशना ॥ ३-२२२-२५ ॥
'I always keep the house, all household articles, and the food to be served well-ordered and clean. I carefully store the rice and serve the food at the proper time.' ॥ 3-222-25 ॥
