षड वक्त्रस्य तु माहात्म्यं कुक्कुटस्य च साधनम शक्त्या देव्याः साधनं च तथा पारिषदाम अपि ।। ३-२१५-१० ।।

sanskrit

'For the welfare of the world, he proclaimed the virtues of the six-faced Skanda and conducted ceremonies in honor of the rooster, the goddess Shakti, and the first devotees of Skanda.' ।। 3-215-10 ।।

english translation

SaDa vaktrasya tu mAhAtmyaM kukkuTasya ca sAdhanama zaktyA devyAH sAdhanaM ca tathA pAriSadAma api || 3-215-10 ||
