[मार्क] ततॊ ऽगनिर उपयेमे तां शिवां परीतिमुदा युतः परीत्या देवी च संयुक्ता शुक्रं जग्राह पाणिना ॥ ३-२१४-७ ॥
'Markandeya continued, "Then Agni, filled with immense joy and delight, united with Swaha, who had assumed the form of Siva. With great joy, she, in union with him, held the virile seed in her hands."' ॥ 3-214-7 ॥
