अनुनीयमानॊ ऽपि भृशं देववाक्याद धि तेन सः नैच्छद वॊढुं हविः सर्वं शरीरं च समत्यजत ॥ ३-२१२-११ ॥
'Though earnestly entreated by the gods, he refused to continue carrying their oblations. Overwhelmed, he relinquished his corporeal form and departed from his physical body.' ॥ 3-212-11 ॥
