परदीप्तेनेव दीपेन मनॊ दीपेन पश्यति दृष्ट्वात्मानं निरात्मानं तदा स तु विमुच्यते ॥ ३-२०३-३८ ॥

'By practicing concentration of the mind during the evening and the early hours of the night, he sees the Supreme Spirit, which is beyond attributes, shining like a radiant lamp in the light of his heart. In this way, he attains salvation.' ।। 3-203-38 ।।

english translation

paradIpteneva dIpena manò dIpena pazyati dRSTvAtmAnaM nirAtmAnaM tadA sa tu vimucyate ॥ 3-203-38 ॥
